General Tips
Before beginning assembly, lightly file or sand off any saw tears on the edges of the pieces. Also, be sure to shape any pieces as necessary by filing or sanding. (See drawings for possible areas that you may want to shape further. Seats, dashboards, etc.) Clamping glued pieces together with wood clamps may be helpful. When clamping, be sure not to let clamps misalign parts. It is often helpful to glue and align by hand, then let it set for a bit before clamping. This tends to keep the clamps from misaligning the parts as they are tightened. If you plan to paint this project, it may be easier if parts are painted before completing assembly of those pieces. Try not to paint edges that will eventually be glued together to ensure a better bond.
